Health : Kitne jagruk hai hum….?
Aaj ka jmana fast food ka hai. Hum aaj ki is bhagdour vali
duniya me itne busy rhte hai ki sanhi neutrician ki khan ek bare me jra bhi nhi
sochte hai bus jo mila vo pet me daal diya jaise ki koi beg ho humara sarir
subah hua nhi ki naste me oil se bni fast food aur charbi yukt khana kha kr din
ki suruvat krte hai. Jaise hi office school ho ya office jana hua bus aise hi
bina kuchh khaye piye aise bhagte hai jaise ki koi bahut bdi chij chhut
jayega.. samjh nhi aata hai ki inshan kam krne keliye khata hai khane ke liye
kamata hai.. uff ye aur km hi nhi tha ki lunch time me bhi hum oily food aur
pet me thus dete hai jaise ki humara pet koi dustbin ho aur ye sb kachre ki
chijo ko hum humare sarir ke ander dale ja rhe hai… aur to aur aaj kal logo me
fruits se jyada chalan me hai dry fruits sahab jo khud hi such gya hai vo
fruits apko kounsa khass labh dega logo ye sochte hai ki fal ful khane se accha
hai ki hum koi tel ful se bni chij ka swad accha hota hai ye soch hi hume
hamare swasthya ke prati laaparvah bnati hai jab aap khud ki care nhi krenge to
kanha se khud ko thik rkh payenge samjh nhi aata..
Aaj kal to 12 saal ke bacche ko hi dekh lo kitni bimariyo ko khud
panpate rhta hai indoor geme kya aa gya hai ki bacche out door me jana hi bhul
gye hai bus jo kam hai bus baithe baithe krna hi hai aise halat me hum kanha tk
khud ko swasth dekhte hai samajh nhi aata hai… vartaman samay me logon ki ausat
aayu bhi abhi 50-55 ho gyi hai. Aisa lgta hai jaise ki aadmi ab sirf medicines
aur docters ke hantho chalne vale robots bn gye hai aaiye thoda to apnne aap pr
rahm kre.. swasthta ke prati jagruk bne aur niyamit yoga aur vyayam kre…. Jisse
kmse km humara sarir lachar aur bebas to nhi hoga bimariyo aur kitanuo ke
samne…. Jra vichar kriye.. choice apki faisla apka… nhi to bus yahi kahte rh
jayenge ki Health ke liye kitne jagruk hai hum……..
